Specific Anti-Dumping Duty Rates:

Zhejiang Noblelift Equipment Joint Stock Co. Ltd: 70.8% (TARIC additional code A603)

Ningbo Logitrans Handling Equipment Co., Ltd: 54.1% (TARIC additional code A070)

All other companies: 70.8% (TARIC additional code A999)

Product Scope: The duties apply to hand pallet trucks and essential parts (chassis and hydraulics) originating in the People’s Republic of China, with specific CN codes ex 8427 90 00 (TARIC code 8427 90 00 19) and ex 8431 20 00 (TARIC code 8431 20 00 19).

Extension of Duties:

The duties also apply to hand pallet trucks with ‘weight indication systems’ (TARIC codes 8427 90 00 30 and 8431 20 00 50).

The duty for “all other companies” extends to these same hand pallet trucks consigned from Thailand regardless of whether they claim to be originating in Thailand.
