In 2022, 76 countries collectively accounted for 99.26% of global honey imports, with the top 15 countries responsible for 80% of the total.

The United States emerged as the leading importer, with an import value of approximately $794 million, followed by Germany at $302 million and France at $169 million.

In contrast, Botswana, Malta, and Montenegro were among the countries with the lowest imports, each totaling around $1 million.
